Works continue..............................

  Most plants here in Extremadura  are found in the local markets, however a few weeks ago on our way to Caceres, we spotted place selling plants, swimming pools etc. So we took some time out of, digging and fencing and visited.  We were looking for Fruit Trees and they had plenty to offer,
 So  we bought 16 trees all together and  our orchard was born

Pear
Orange
Lemon
Nectarine

2 of each ........so far they are all doing well and growing

The Fencing is now complete around 2/3rds  of the Finca.  We  still have to rebuild a wall and fence, but that will now be done in the Autumn, as the summer heat approached we do not want to be building walls!

Veg Garden now has potatoes, green beans and broad beans,  plus still lots to plant
